We will work with each full event retailer to select booth locations IN ORDER OF REGISTRATION, regardless of payment plan selection.

What is the cost to be a retailer?
Pick and choose from the following options:
Full Market (Nov 20–Dec 24) - $2000 + 10% gross sales
Weekend 1 (Nov 20-23) - $400 + 10% gross sales
Weekend 2 (Nov 27-30) - $400 + 10% gross sales
Weekend 3 (Dec 4-7) - $400 + 10% gross sales
Weekend 4 (Dec 11-14) - $400 + 10% gross sales
Week 5 (Dec 18-24) - $700 + 10% gross sales
A $500 refundable security deposit is required when registering if approved
Do you offer payment plans?
No. All options must be paid in full prior to event.
How many people will attend?
This is our first year in Austin, so we don’t have historical numbers. However, our market is strategically positioned in the heart of downtown between the Texas State Capitol and the Trail of Lights, two of the most iconic and trafficked areas during the holidays.
We’re partnered with the Downtown Austin Alliance (DAA) and Austin Experiential Group (AEG)—teams known for producing high-impact, high-visibility events. We anticipate strong foot traffic and a vibrant, engaged audience.

Will I have access to electricity and heat?
Yes. Each booth will have access to a power drop.
Retailers must bring their own market-approved space heaters
We will provide you with 1-2 heavy-duty extension cords need dependent
Will the security deposit be returned?
Security deposits will be returned in full to retailers who fulfill their retailer agreement. More detailed information will be made available in registered retailers’ FAQ.

How many retailer spots are available?
Only 40 storefronts are available—and we will not expand beyond that. Spots are limited, curated, and competitive.
Do I need business insurance?
Yes. All retailers must carry:
$1 million liability coverage, naming Fetch Concepts (dba Roost Companies LLC) and Oh What Fun! Austin Holiday Market as additional insured for the market dates. You can often secure affordable coverage via your existing insurer or online small business providers like Thimble or ACT Insurance.
